Day Spa/Laser Clinic FAQ

  • Hylunia, Rhonda Allison, Elta MD, Colorescience and The Perfect Derma products are eligible for exchange with original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • All other sales are final.
  • No refunds on gift cards & packages
  • No price adjustments on previously purchased items.
  • For safety reasons, children under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted to receive services at SWINA
  • A consent form must be signed by an adult/guardian for children ages 13-17
  • A guardian must be present in the treatment room during any Body Scrub/Body Wrap or Back Facial if the child is ages 13-15
  • An adult must be present in the building for all services performed on children between the ages of 13-15 (in the lobby, in the treatment room or receiving a treatment) (See above for body treatment policy)
  • Children under the age of 13 may not be left alone in the lobby at any time
  • All laser services are performed on clients 18 years of age and older
  • Case Study Clients must be 16 years of age to participate
  • Unless a minor is receiving a treatment, per the policy above. No children are to be in the clinic rooms

We recommend allowing several hours between shaving and receiving any service that involves an exfoliation (body services, scrubs, facial) to decrease the risk of skin irritation or discomfort. If you are receiving Laser Hair Removal, we ask that you shave the day of the appointment.

Please call ahead to let us know if you are going to be late. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied. This is so we do not inconvenience other guests who have scheduled appointments.

We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service. This will allow you time to check in at the desk and complete all necessary paperwork related to your service.

Please respect the spa’s schedule by keeping your reserved appointment. We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please make sure that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Keep in mind that arriving late for an appointment may require the spa to shorten the length of the service.

The card on fill will be charged a payment of 50% for the following conditions:

  • Less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule appointments
  • No-show or missed appointments
